Hillary Sue's to remove Michelle Ad

Michelle Obama has endorsed Hillary Clinton, and even appeared on the campaign trail with her on Thursday.

But Florida voters are being targeted with a new ad featuring the first lady, and it's telling them to vote Trump. The ad is from Defeat Crooked Hillary PAC, which supports Trump.

The $400,000 campaign, according to BuzzFeed News, is being legally challenged by the campaign of Hillary Clinton:

On Monday, the Clinton campaign sent cease and desist letters WFLA-TV in Tampa, Cox Cable in Gainesville, Bright House Cable in Orlando, and WESH-TV in Orlando, demanding the stations stop airing the ad, according to sources familiar with the situation. Spokespeople for the stations could not be reached for comment.

Throw Huma Under The Bus?

There is so much in innuendo and guesses and biased opinion floating around on this ‘morning after’ the Comey bombshell that the only option we have is to read and watch a ton of stuff and see what sticks. One thing that definitely should stick was published late last night by Paul Sperry for the New York Post.

He scores a solid and massive point that looks as damning for the FBI itself (or at least the superiors), as it does for Hillary Clinton. It is, in that regard, perhaps telling that one of the alleged reasons whispered for FBI director Jim Comey to come forward on Friday is that he feared details of the probe would otherwise be leaked to the press.

Sperry’s point: the emails that are at the center of Friday’s announcement that Hillary Clinton ‘s entire email server investigation will be re-opened -whether formally or not is moot-, were obtained by seizing devices from Anthony Weiner in relation him sexting to a 15-year old girl.

And seizing devices was exactly what was never done in Hillary’s case, though “agents assigned to that case knew Abedin hoarded classified emails on her electronic devices.” They were seized neither from Hillary nor from her closest aide Huma Abedin, who now probably- and probably rightly- fears that she may be thrown under the bus at the first convenient moment.

Hillary doesn’t appear to know what exactly is on the Weiner/Abedin device, but her staff is undoubtedly preparing a defense based on Hillary denying she knew anything about what emails Huma kept and/or sent. Such a defense may well be useless, depending on the contents of the mails. But by now it’s full blown panic danger control in the campaign.

While at the FBI the mood may now be that a second consecutive investigation that would end in a second consecutive ‘dismissal’ would be unacceptable to -a lot of- agents. Something Comey is undoubtedly painfully aware of. His ‘own people’ may have given him an ultimatum: either you do it right this time, or we will.

Hacked memo offers an angry glimpse inside ‘Bill Clinton Inc.’

A remarkable 12-page document revealed by WikiLeaks bristles with a longtime Clinton aide’s resentment of his boss.

As a longtime Bill Clinton adviser came under fire several years ago for alleged conflicts of interest involving a private consulting firm and the Clinton Foundation, he mounted an audacious defense: Bill Clinton’s doing it, too.

The unusual and brash rejoinder from veteran Clinton aide and Teneo Consulting co-founder Doug Band is scattered across the thousands of hacked emails published by WikiLeaks, but a memo released Wednesday provides the most detailed look to date at the intertwined worlds of nonprofit, for-profit, official and political activities involving Clinton and many of his top aides.

The memo at one point refers bluntly to the money-making part of Clinton’s life as “Bill Clinton Inc.” and notes that in at least one case a company — global education firm Laureate International Universities — began paying Clinton personally after first being a donor to the Clinton Foundation.

The 12-page document, prepared in November 2011 by Band with input from Clinton adviser John Podesta, came as Chelsea Clinton was pressing for changes to the foundation’s governance and complaining that Band, Teneo co-founder Declan Kelly and others were profiting from their ties to her father and the foundation.

In the memo, addressed to outside lawyers conducting a review of the foundation’s governance, Band insists that the relationship actually benefited the foundation financially, by bringing in new donors.

“Cognizant of the Foundation’s significant fundraising needs as well as my role as the primary fundraiser for the Foundation for the past 11 years, as a partner in Teneo, Mr. Kelley [sic] and I have asked and encouraged our clients to contribute to the Foundation,” Band wrote. “Through our efforts, we have brought new donors to the Foundation and garnered increased giving from existing donors.”

Huma Abedin Swore Under Oath She Gave Up ‘All the Devices’ With State Dept. Emails

The FBI found emails pertinent to its Clinton investigation, reportedly on a computer from her aide’s home. That doesn’t jibe with she told lawyers this summer.

In a normal election year, a normal candidate’s close aide who caused even minor embarrassment to a campaign so near to Election Day would be whisked away as quickly as possible to avoid becoming a distraction.

But Huma Abedin is not simply a close aide, she’s a critical member of Hillary Clinton’s tiny inner circle that protects and — at times — enables the deeply flawed and secretive Democratic nominee.

So despite FBI Director James Comey’s announcement that the bureau is reviewing emails from Abedin’s time at the State Departmentreportedly found on a laptop she shared with her soon-to-be ex-husband Anthony Weiner (confiscated as a part of the FBI’s investigation into allegations he sexted with a 15-year-old North Carolina girl), the campaign made clear on Saturday that she’s not going anywhere.

AG Lynch 'trying so hard' to protect Clinton: Trump

Donald Trump said he is convinced Attorney General Loretta Lynch is trying to protect Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

"Now its reported today, this morning, that the Department of Justice was fighting the FBI," Trump said, referring to news accounts that Lynch had questioned the way FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers that he looking back into an investigation into Clinton because of newly uncovered emails.

"That's because the Department of Justice is trying so hard to protect Hillary," Trump told a crowd Saturday in Golden, Colo.

He said he thinks Lynch is coming to Clinton's defense over promises made about her reappointment as attorney general under a Clinton White House.

Michael Scherer: 'It's Clear' Charity Operation 'Was Making Bill Clinton Rich'

On Friday’s broadcast of PBS’ “Washington Week,” TIME Magazine Washington Bureau Chief Michael Scherer stated that a memo released by WikiLeaks “undercuts the Clinton line that the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative were really altruistic do-gooder efforts.” And “it’s clear from this memo that the same operation that was raising money for Haiti or AIDS drugs was making Bill Clinton rich.”

Scherer said, “The remarkable thing I think is that it undercuts the Clinton line that the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative were really altruistic do-gooder efforts. You know, they have helped a lot of people. There are some programs that have been very beneficial in parts of the world. But it’s clear from this memo that the same operation that was raising money for Haiti or AIDS drugs was making Bill Clinton rich. And they — and the same operation, Doug Band, who was raising money for the foundation on one hand, says I’m, at the same time, without being paid by anyone, the person responsible for getting Bill these million-dollar speaking engagements, for getting him these contracts. And, at the same time, I have my own private list of clients who Chelsea Clinton, we know, has accused Doug of trading on Bill Clinton’s name. So there just weren’t these lines of divisions that you would want. And I think the damage there is undercutting the defense that the Clinton campaign has used for months now.”

NBC's Williams: Comey's Email Letter Didn't Just Go to Republicans Like Clinton Claimed

On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Hardball,” NBC News Justice Correspondent Pete Williams stated that FBI Director James Comey’s letter announcing the FBI is taking another look at Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails did not just go to Republican members of Congress as Clinton claimed during his press conference earlier on Friday.

Williams was asked by host Chris Matthews, “[D]idn’t that letter coming from the FBI Director, didn’t that go to the Senate chairs who are all Democrats as well? It didn’t just go to Republicans?”

Williams responded, “It went to 16 members of Congress, the chairman — Republican chairmen and Democratic ranking members in the House, and the opposite in the Senate.”

Matthews then asked, “So it did go — it didn’t just go to Republicans like the secretary said just then?” Williams then said, “Right.”

'We are losing control of the streets' Merkel's Germany descends into lawlessness

GERMAN Chancellor Angela Merkel is facing catastrophe over her failed migrant policy, according to a new report.

During the first six months of 2016, migrants committed 142,500 crimes, according to the Federal Criminal Police Office.

And the country has been hit by a spate of horrendous violent crime including rapes, sexual and physical assaults, stabbings, home invasions, robberies, burglaries and drug trafficking.
Adding to the country's woes is the fact that thousands of people have gone missing after travelling to the country on invitation from the country's leader.

Germany took in more than 1.1million migrants in the past year and parts of the country are crippled with a lack of infrastructure.

Will Loretta Lynch Still Accept FBI Recommendation?

On July 1, 2016, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch made a promise: she would accept the FBI’s recommendation of whether or not to press charges in the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state.

Almost four months later, that promise has taken on renewed significance in light of FBI Director James Comey’s announcement on Friday that the agency is reviewing newly discovered emails relevant to the Clinton email investigation. The emails were obtained during an “unrelated investigation,” Comey said.

The New York Times reported Friday that the emails were obtained from a device belonging to either longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin, or her estranged husband, former Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner, who is under investigation for sending illicit text messages to a 15-year-old girl.

So far, Lynch has remained silent on Comey’s announcement regarding the newly discovered emails.

Down-Ballot Democrats Flounder Over Questions of Clinton's Honesty

Weiner revelation proves Comey dropped the ball on Hillary probe

It appears the FBI agents investigating Anthony Weiner for sexting an underaged girl have done the job that the FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information didn’t or weren’t allowed to do.

Agents reportedly found thousands of State Department-related emails ostensibly containing classified information on the electronic devices belonging to Weiner and his wife and top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The discovery has prompted FBI Director James Comey to, on the eve of the election, reopen the Clinton case he prematurely closed last July.

How did agents examine the devices? By seizing them. It’s a common practice in criminal investigations, but one that clearly was not applied in the case of Clinton or her top aide — even though agents assigned to that case knew Abedin hoarded classified emails on her electronic devices.

Hillary linked to baby-body parts scandal

Fugitive pair selling human tissue aided by Clinton State Department

It’s a new bombshell in the scandal that horrified Americans as they learned unborn babies had their body parts harvested and sold around the world: the discovery that Hillary Clinton’s State Department granted favorable treatment to a family involved in the harvesting.

The federal agency expedited the immigration of the Isaias family, whose ownership of the DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics companies made headlines again recently when the district attorney in Orange County brought a criminal lawsuit against them.

The baby body-parts trade was highlighted in 2015 in a series of hidden-camera videos produced by the Center for Medical Progress, or CMP.

The Dark Art of Political Intimidation

Our Debt to Paula Jones

[Classic: January 22, 1998] — Suddenly nobody is questioning Paula Jones’s veracity anymore. Mrs. Jones told a simple story and has stuck with it, while the president has shifted ground, equivocated with his patented “carefully worded denials,” and let his thuggish, blundering, and very expensive lawyer handle public relations.

The Clinton team’s line, echoed by the major media until recently, has been that Mrs. Jones is “trailer-park trash” whose allegations are credible only to dirty-minded right-wing Clinton-haters. Never mind that her allegations are consistent with a great many other allegations from a great many sources. The Clinton strategy was to scare her off, and then, when that didn’t work, to make her character the issue, leaking their own allegations to the press.

But her tenacity created enormous pressure, forcing the president to make a humiliating appearance in her presence a few days ago to give his deposition — and possibly to try to tamper with other witnesses. Only he knows how many other potential witnesses there are.

Report: James Comey Went Against Loretta Lynch on Sending Letter to Congress

FBI Director James Comey went against Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s advice on Friday when he sent a letter to Congress announcing that he is reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server after new evidence was discovered, according to the New Yorker.

“Coming less than two weeks before the Presidential election, Comey’s decision to make public new evidence that may raise additional legal questions about Clinton was contrary to the views of the Attorney General, according to a well-informed Administration official,” theNew Yorker reports on Saturday.

“Lynch expressed her preference that Comey follow the department’s longstanding practice of not commenting on ongoing investigations, and not taking any action that could influence the outcome of an election, but he said that he felt compelled to do otherwise.”

Trump to Campaign in New Mexico as Electoral Map Expands with Hillary Back Under FBI Investigation

Donald Trump will campaign in New Mexico on Sunday, with his campaign now believing that the state, which has five electoral votes, is back in play in the wake of revelations that Hillary Clinton will be re-investigated by the FBI for her use of a private email server.

The decision comes after multiple polls suggesting that the race is now within the margin of error, with Donald Trump’s Senior Communication Advisor Jason Miller telling a New York radio station on Friday that Clinton and Trump were in a “statistical dead heat.”

Trump’s running mate Mike Pence travelled to New Mexico last week in an attempt to rally his supporters, where he slammed failing Obamacare and outlined his plans to “pull it off the market.”

The last time New Mexico voted for a Republican president was in 2004 for George. W. Bush, with the state opting for Obama in both 2008 and 2012. In 2012, the state voted for Obama by a 10-point margin against Mitt Romney.

Hillary Clinton's problem with women

Her foreign policy failures have harmed women around the world

Two weeks before the election, Hillary Clinton appears on track to win the presidency and become the first female commander in chief. She can credit her surge in the polls this last month to women — primarily her opponent’s offensive comments unearthed from a decade ago and the various accusations that have suddenly surfaced and have dominated the media.

Throughout the campaign’s debates and stump speeches, Mrs. Clinton has portrayed herself as a holier-than-thou defender of women and girls. Political platitudes are one thing, but Mrs. Clinton’s record related to women and girls tells quite a different story, and should give her supporters pause.

And no, that is not a lead into Mrs. Clinton’s handling of her husband’s numerous sexual misconducts, the Clinton Foundation’s fundraising from oppressive regimes, or her extremist view of late-term neonatal infanticide. Rather, I am referring to how Mrs. Clinton’s foreign policy failures have led to actual death, rape and enslavement of women and girls around the world, as example after example will show. Mrs. Clinton may not have pulled the trigger or committed the sexual assault, and no doubt the individual perpetrators will have their own day of reckoning, but her policy actions and inactions further enabled, encouraged and permitted these horrible atrocities.

Holding Hillary Accountable

This week’s WikiLeaks dump provided further sordid details about the Clintons’ breathtaking corruption—something nobody reasonable has doubted for quite some time. As expected, the Clinton camp’s response is to dismiss, distort, diminish, dodge, and divert. They do so in easy reliance on the active support of a sycophantic press corps. When faced with the most corrupt Presidential candidate in living memory, the craven media have instead attempted to portray Donald Trump’s personal or business behavior as somehow worse than the Clintons’ decades of abuse of America’s highest public offices.

Hillary Clinton, as her supporters endlessly remind us, has spent her entire adult life in or near government. Donald Trump has not. As a result, Clinton has owed the public certain duties over the past several decades that never applied to a business leader like Trump—or to any other private citizen. Yet somehow, from the debate moderators to the editorial pages to the “journalists” whose charge it is to act as our democracy’s watchdogs, the media have worked overtime to invert the proper standard for judging the two candidates. Comments from private citizen Trump that are under perpetual attack have overshadowed not only far more troubling speech but also actual behavior from public representative Clinton that qualifies as sexist, racist, criminal and corrupt—or that has cost Americans their lives.

PHOTOS: Astronauts Touch Down After 115 Days In Space

Three space travelers landed safely back on Earth late Saturday night.

The journey began in the evening, 5:12 p.m., ET to be exact, when the hatch to the International Space Station closed, and Kate Rubins, Anatoly Ivanishin and Takuya Onishi climbed into the cramped Russian-made Soyuz spacecraft that would bring them home.

About three hours later, they separated from the space station as it flew over Mongolia. Inside, Ivanishin was at the controls as the ship's commander.

About 230 miles below, as Americans went about their Saturday nights, rescue crews fanned out in helicopters around the target landing site in central Kazakhstan.Around 11 p.m., ET, when the space travelers were scheduled to re-entered Earth's atmosphere, rescuers began to scan the sky for the falling spacecraft.

"Dear Democrats, Doesn't Clinton Embarrass You?"

Donald Trump wears his character flaws on his sleeve. Hillary Clinton seeks to prevent documentation of hers, even when the law requires it. Yet despite her best efforts, facts about Mrs. Clinton that are now public should trouble voters more than any of Mr. Trump’s remarks.

Not that it’s easy for Republicans to appear on a ballot with Mr. Trump, especially since media folk spend days after each controversial remark demanding responses from other GOP candidates. The objective is to force them to endorse or condemn Mr. Trump and suffer the consequences.

Fair enough, but reporters don’t force down-ballot Democrats to take a position on each new Clinton email revelation. The result is wall-to-wall media coverage focused on whether GOP voters can possibly support their candidate. But why should Republicans have all the fun? Democratic voters have every right to be ashamed of their nominee.

We’ll review some of the reasons in a moment, but first let’s consider the importance of party loyalty in this year’s presidential election. In recent polls, Mr. Trump often leads among independents. But he generally trails overall because Mrs. Clinton enjoys stronger support among Democrats than Mr. Trump does among Republicans—or because pollsters don’t believe Republicans will turn out and therefore include many more Democrats than Republicans in their survey samples.

Clearly Mr. Trump needs more Republicans to support him. This could happen if holdout Republicans break his way or if some Democrats decide they can’t stomach another era of Clinton scandals.

Feds Leak Details of New Clinton Investigation / Weinergate

2016 Has Been A Mixed Bag For LGBT Politics

At just about every Hillary Clinton campaign event this year, and much of last, you could find lots of rainbows and posters with the letters "LGBT" on them in the crowd. The average Hillary Clinton event has a healthy amount of gay, lesbian and transgender Clinton supporters in attendance.

This past Thursday at a rally co-headlined by Clinton and first lady Michelle Obama, Charlotte resident Matt Hirschy wore a rainbow-print "H" sticker and a wedding ring. Before the rally, he was still celebrating the achievements of last year, namely the Supreme Court's Obergefell v. Hodges decision, which made same-sex marriage legal throughout the country.

"If you would have asked me growing up that my parents would accept me for being gay or that I'd be able to get married, I'd probably laugh," Hirschy says. "Well, I probably wouldn't do anything, I'd run away scared because I wasn't out yet, but I'd probably be very skeptical of it."

State Dept. Tipped Clinton Campaign Off About NYT Reporter Working Email Story

The State Department tipped the Hillary Clinton campaign off last year that a New York Times reporter was asking questions about Clinton’s emails.

The revelation undermines the State Department’s claims that it has not worked to help Clinton during the ongoing email scandal.

“State just called to tell me that Mike Schmidt seems to have what appear to be summaries of some of the exchanges in the 300 emails the committee has,” Nick Merrill wrote in a March 14, 2015 email.

Schmidt is the Times reporter who broke the news that Clinton used a private email account as secretary of state. The article was published on March 2, 2015. Clinton had turned more than 50,000 emails over to the State Department in Dec. 2014. The State Department then provided around 300 emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi, which was chaired by South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy.
